h71 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Where h71 uses the word "including", this shall be construed as "including without limitation". Any reference to a specific law, regulation, or payment provider refers to that entity as it exists at the time these Terms were last updated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on h71, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, partnership, or automated system.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the h71 Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of h71 or any of its affiliate operators.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any other individual.

h71 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a Player's registration or subsequent use of the Platform. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by competent authorities in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by h71 will result in account suspension until documentation is received and verified.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their continued use of the h71 Platform is lawful within their own jurisdiction. h71 makes no representation that the services available on the Platform are appropriate or lawful in all locations. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Registration on the h71 Platform requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. h71 relies on the accuracy of registration data for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the h71 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. h71 uses technical and administrative controls to detect and prevent duplicate account creation.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including selecting a strong and unique password and not sharing your login details with any third party. h71 will never request your password under any circumstances — any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to h71 support immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you personally. h71 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h71 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. h71 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your account pending resolution. h71 reserves the right to reverse any transactions made during a period of suspected unauthorised access at its sole discretion, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

All financial transactions on the h71 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). h71 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved institutions. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are processed in real time via mobile financial service integrations with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Card and bank transfer deposits may be subject to processing times imposed by the issuing institution. h71 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

h71 applies the following general rules to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200 (subject to payment method minimums).
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to account status and KYC level).
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• h71 does not charge platform-side transaction fees; however, fees levied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a review period during which h71 may confirm your identity, verify wagering activity, and ensure compliance with these Terms before release of funds.

h71 reserves the right to reverse deposits or cancel pending withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, h71 will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing fraud or loss.

Any funds remaining in your account that are deemed to be unclaimed after a continuous period of 12 months of account inactivity may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month. h71 will make reasonable attempts to notify you before applying any inactivity fee. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing at least one qualifying transaction.

h71 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of its offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the h71 Platform unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and identity verification on h71.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account termination.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be distinguished from real-money funds for wagering purposes.
• The Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements at h71 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, while slots contribute 100%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• h71 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where continuation of the promotion would be commercially unreasonable.

Players who wish to opt out of all promotional offers may do so by contacting h71 support via live chat or email. Once a no-bonus preference is registered, it will be applied to all future promotional credits unless the Player affirmatively opts back in.

By using the h71 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair and responsible use of online gaming services. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h71 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Using the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party without h71's express written consent.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, anti-fraud, age verification, or responsible gaming control implemented by h71.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing errors, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, anonymiser, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses h71 staff or other players, whether through in-platform communication tools or any other channel.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using h71 for any money laundering or fraud-related purpose.
• Reproducing, republishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or intellectual property originating from the h71 Platform without prior written consent.

h71 reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. h71 may pursue civil remedies for any losses caused by Player misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All content available on the h71 Platform — including but not limited to the h71 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, marketing materials, and any other material made available by h71 — is the exclusive intellectual property of h71 or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h71 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any h71 content and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any portion of the Platform's content, design, or code for any purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any h71 intellectual property.
• Use any h71 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any commercial context without express written authorisation from h71.
• Frame, mirror, or hotlink to any portion of the h71 Platform on any third-party website or application.
• Systematically extract or collect data, odds, results, or other content from the Platform through scraping, crawling, or any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of h71's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. h71 will vigorously defend its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of applicable law. h71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where h71 has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player is under 18 years of age.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Account activity indicates a pattern consistent with money laundering, bonus abuse, or organised fraud.
• h71 is required to close the account by order of a competent authority or pursuant to applicable law.
• The Player has previously self-excluded from h71 and subsequently attempted to re-register in breach of their self-exclusion agreement.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, h71 reserves the right to forfeit any real-money balance and any Bonus Funds held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player breach — for example, in response to a Player's voluntary closure request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their h71 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Upon closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited and any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules before the account balance is released.

h71 maintains a self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling is becoming harmful. Players who self-exclude will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the chosen exclusion period, during which all marketing communications will cease. h71 will not be liable for any losses a Player claims to have incurred as a result of account suspension or closure where such action was taken in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. h71's decision regarding account closure is final, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal complaint through the support channel.
